This was a really tough one.  I love both characters.  Still, at the end of the day, I think Dragoon's power and skill would prevail over Kuwanger's speed and instant movement.  It would be a heckuva battle.

I like Wolfang and voted for him before, but Dark Mantis wins a contest between the two, IMO.  He's quite a bit more aggressive and those giant beam blades of his are awesome.

Even though Heatnix has the better theme. But I never liked Heatnix's strange colored Sprite. OORRRRRRRRRRANNNNNNNGEEEEEE!!!!!!
