Much as I like the concept of a bear boss, Grizzly Slash isn't the best execution.  So I gotta go with Crush Crawfish.  I mean, who would have thought that an SNES platformer would have you board a submarine, sink it, and climb up after its crashed upright in the ocean floor?  It's just too awesome.
