Another anime lost to 20th Century Fox of America. who's next? (they alerady damaged the likes of Avatar, Dragon Ball, and a few others, but this? I read the manga, it was awesome, but this makes my blood boil)

Avatar isn't Anime. You deserve the boot to the head.

But yeah, that movie might not be that good (What am I saying? It'll be HORRIBLE. Just like all the other ones!)

(If they make a Geass Movie, it better be animated or I will cry.)

My mistake. It looks like it's graphically designed enough to look like one. Looks like idiots like fox want to keep Shonen Jump superior by not touching one of it's more popular animes.

I think they did make an OVA of Geass once, I don't know, but I can't seem to recall one.

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Possibly Akira, actually.

As I said, I'm more saddened by the fact that I'm going to go see this possible abomination of my favorite anime of all time.

The one and ONLY real ONE hope that I have is that the soundtrack is either done by Yoko Kanno, or they get lots of Jazz Musicians to do it.

...It better be [tornado fang]ing jazz...

Oh wow...

Goodbye, Space Cowboy...

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

ALL American cartoons today are made to look like anime. most failing miserably of course. Lunatics unleashed comes to mind. that and Avatar.

Lets hope they never make a Yugioh RL movie! it was bad enough with the pyramid of light, which was pretty useless IMO. though I was surprised that in the american version, 4shits actually translated the cards like they were SUPPOSED to and not the way they do in the cartoons.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Flok

Saw Subconscious Cruelty the other day. It was absolute crap, with only very few average gore scenes. I would not recommend it.

So, who's gonna go See Coraline?

LOL at the many licenses and related stuff IGN will have to pay to get this on the streets.

The Drunken Dishwasher

FINALLY SAW WALL-E.

verdict: Pixar did it again for me; it's gonna be another pixar film i'm gonna whore in views like how I have for The Incredibles and Ratatouille.

oh lawl, that was pretty well made though, though you could somewhat tell it was too good to be true. the costumes were too acurate. so accurate they were cheezy even.

OH. MY. GOD.

...I'm not sure what to feel right now...  It's a mixture of amazement, awesomeness, hilarity and facepalm with a hint of oh my god...

Alice in Entropy

Gotta love hilarious merchandise. 8D

The Drunken Dishwasher

*dies of laughter*

and now i'm speechless.  My reaction and feelings are somewhat close to PB  XD

Quickman

Yesterday, I went about three towns over to see Coraline in 3D.

Very, very interesting, and the 3D effects were gorgeous.  The animation was rather smooth as well, though at some points, since no motion blur was used, the staccato effect made some of the 3D effects a bit dizzying.  Otherwise, it was a good movie.  Though, I'm sure it gave some lil kids nightmares. XD

About two years ago, on the StarWars.com forums, one of the animators was a member there, so I got to talk to them about the animation process.  At that time, only the principle filming was nearing completion.  They hadn't started on the 3D effects and post-production, additional shoots and whatnot yet.

The Drunken Dishwasher

Sweet! good to hear that Quickie, I plan to see it later on today w/ my brother :3.

Recently, thanks to youtube, me and my brother just watched Watership Down.  It's not as 'disturbing' as that YT vid of clips of 'disturbing cartoons'.  Well, I can't exactly place any exact thoughts, but I can say for sure is that it is a good movie w/ quite the intro (similar in style to perhaps that Mowgli animated movie, if a comparison can be made) and quite the line.  Oh and it's also based on a novel (Plague Dogs is also written by the same Author) w/ the same title.  Though I need to read the novel for the in-between stuff, but I can tell ya, Watership Down is definitely something else :).

"All the world will be your enemy
Prince w/ a Thousand Enemies,
and when they catch you, they will kill you...

But first, they must catch you."

Sniper X

I've watched Conspiracy. Man, that dude is the best Sniper ever. Although the movie is for adults, but I like it. :)

Those are usually the best movies!  For Adults, I mean!  XD

Shiki Tohno

I was going through my old DVD collection a few days ago, and found my Léon: The Professional disc. Jesus Christ, I'd forgotten how much that movie rocks and how Jean Reno and Gary Oldman kick so much ass in it.

Ahhh Young, crazy Natalie Portman!  XD

Sniper X

Now, I've just watched Max Payne. Another adult movie. That drug can see Hell, Demons and Devils? :\ I thought he's going to have wings at the near end.
