Some more Terraria. I wish there was a baseball bat so I could finish my RED Scout loadout.

I also brought a certain project back to life in the new engine I'm working with...

what

Been playing Arkham Origins since Thursday. What a fantastic game, though not without flaws (mainly technical, sadly).

Playing the [parasitic bomb] out of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team. I forgot the feels these games punch you in the face with.

I heard it was, more or less, the same as Arkham City. And the new additions weren't that great.

I'm still reluctant to buy it.

I'll eventually get it.

I wish they'd do a Batman Beyond game.

If anything, I'll just wait for a price drop.

Asylum and City are still awesome enough to satiate my Batman fix.

Heh, I'm sure I'm not the only one to think it. I mean, at the Arkham Origins panel at the NYCC, the Batman Beyond skin in the trailer got the most thunderous applause. They could keep the same engine, but they could do so much more. The suit would allow for so many more Bat-Upgrades (Flight, Cloak, etc). Gotham itself would massive and awesome. I don't see any problem with getting Will Friedle to voice Terry again, and you have old Bruce (which I would imagine would be Kevin Conroy since it fits) as your Oracle. Plus he has a fantastic rogues gallery.

Eternal Darkness is SO good. Can't believe it took me almost 10 years to replay this.

Finished in 16 hours, blue alignment, with all the optional items/weapons collected. I love experimenting with the runes, you can find really advanced spells super early.

Saints Row IV when it wants to play nice with my PC.

Lots of stuff on the backburner, Pandora's Tower, Xenoblade, a few other Wii Games, pretty much all of my Wii U games, The last bit of Ace Attorney 1 (Which will be followed with AA2 and AA3 when I get the time.)

Its gonna be a long time till I finish all the [parasitic bomb] I've started.

Finally picked up Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance the other day. Cleared it earlier on Normal. I feel moderately accomplished in getting the Parry input down at all, but timing is still a bit of an issue for me. Great fun regardless.

About halfway through New Super Mario Bros. U. It's... the exact same game as all the other NSMBs. Pretty solid though. I like the acorn power-up, and how the game just gives you a billion of 'em.

Posted on: November 11, 2013, 10:49:55 AM
Okay, that painting level in Mario U was legit creative. Loved it. Otherwise, game's still on auto-pilot. Plant world pissed me off due to the crazy amount of darkness levels (WHY?), but at least there's a giant Wiggler too.

I can do either sky or mine world now. They appear to be the last couple worlds before W8.

The game isn't doing much to surprise, but it's still very solid. So far my New SMB rank is: Wii > U > 2 > 1

Playing some Oni: Anniversary. Getting kinda far into this game; about halfway into the tenth chapter of this game. I really should have paid attention to this when my brother had this on the PS2. Also getting back to emulating some PS1 games. So far have been introducing myself to Grandia, reliving Mega Man Legends, catching up on Threads of Fate, playing a fan-translated version of Symphony of the Night, and playing this obscure-ass PS1 game.

I'll be honest, I didn't know about it until I watched Ross Scott review it in his new series Ross's Game Dungeon. Lot of the stuff he plays looks good. I definitely want to give Carnevil a run now.

An indie game called Eldritch, a 3D first person rogue like. I haven't gotten to far into it as my luck with rogue likes is...well I die a lot. It's still a lot of fun though, with surprisingly good atmosphere (mostly through sound design) despite the super deformed designs for the enemies.

Call of Duty: Ghosts (Not just bad, but disgusting.)
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (Fantastic. I love it.)
Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea - Episode One (It's good... But doesn't feel completely "right".)
Fire Emblem: Awaking (Probably shipping with Lucina.)
