Speaking of control woes, BYOND is slow as hell at times, I have to add macros for some of the controls (many games require a number pad, and my USB number pad doesn't do the job), and there's an odd sensitivity on the controls that I don't have to add.  Sometimes, the controls have a slight delay, or they're overly sensitive.  It's annoying, but you eventually get used to it.

I still like BYOND.  Glad I downloaded it.

Cleared Transformers Fall of Cybertron about a week ago.  Great to see Grimlock, but needed more of him.

After that fun little diversion, resumed and beat Project X Zone.  And...there's New Game Plus.  Yeah, given that there were five DLC chapters in Fire Emblem that I never cleared when I started that one, I'd say my "turn based" fix is solidly established for a loooong time.  Sorry, Shin Megami.

Also on DeviantArt, Rumble, DLive.tv, and the Fediverse (@freespeechextremist.com and @bae.st)

With the main game (Megaman 10) beat, might as well try the special Megaman Killer stages.

... Goddarnit they don't act like their World versions (as if I didn't know)!
... Only managed to kill Ballade (he's the only one that acted the same). Need to kill that freaking Enker before I can kill that FREAKING PUNK!!

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Started Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim.

Been wanting to play this since getting into the series. Only english release is a crude PS2 and PSP port from Konami though. This one is the original PC release with an english patch at least. Started and played it for 5 hours straight which I haven't done with any game in a long while. Despite being the predecessor of Oath and Origin, this one still has a few unique aspects that wouldn't appear in those titles, such as being able to equip multiple Accessories for passive bonuses. Never seen that in any other game of the series, really. Its method of the different magic types is also pretty neat and something I'd like to see return. Rather than just cycle through new swords along with the usual armour and shields, you have 3 elemental swords to select from and gradually upgrade them as you progress. Each has different attack styles and a finishing move of sorts that can be built up from dealing damage. Really helps this one stick out in what I initially thought would probably lack some of the features prominent in the later games. Also it's weird to see one of the side characters make mention of Altago as his homeland and backstory when that winds up being the setting of the 7th game as well as having one of the biggest conflicts the protag has ever gone through.

Tales of Xillia since it came out in English-speaking regions recently. The game is quite fun but I messed around too much and become quite overleveled not even halfway through the game and it has killed the experience for me a little. Not quite as fun when you breeze through everything.

Persona 4 Golden

Got past the first month. Shadow Yukiko was still tough, but her having an Ice Weakness was nice. I appear to have gotten more competent too since I'm playing on normal instead of Easy. (Beat the dungeon the first day it was possible, took lots of grinding and treasure collecting to get my SP back up to a decent amount.)

Well maybe it just seems harder since I don't have free fuckups like I do in P4 Vanilla or P3. Then again starting on the beginning of the floor is better than getting to retry a battle honestly.

For seemingly no reason I've been doing a run of Ys II Chronicles+ on the highest difficulty, 'Nightmare'. EVERYTHING HURTS. At least this one has a ranged attack to keep distance from enemies. It's also the only way to fight all but 2 bosses anyway. Not sure if I'd be willing to Ys I on Nightmare because direct combat is the only option in that game and the level cap is 10 so damage is probably scaled even worse.

Finish all the case files and Overtime Mode in Dead Rising 2 in my first run earlier, ending at Lv. 41 with roughly 1M bucks.
Word of advice: hit the Start button (or mute the TV) when the camera zooms out as Chuck, Katie, and Stacey leaves Fortune City. Your heart and maybe your underwear might thank me later, especially if you're playing around 2 AM. Good thing I saw the ending around 7 AM or I would have nightmares throughout the evening.
Gonna keep playing this and maybe Crackdown while I wait for DuckTales Remastered on XBLA.

Nearly finished with Rogue Galaxy on PS2. One of these days I'm going to start a "Suppercut Doesn't Review Games" video and just rant about the more frustrating flaws in Rogue Galaxy.

Other than that there's also Ratchet and Clank that I picked up recently. I got through to the end of the story mode, now I'm going back through and trying to get all the Gold Weapons and get VAN HANDRED PISSANT KAMPLESHIN. At least in this game, one hundred percent completion involves upgrading weapons to turn enemies into giant exploding chickens instead of combining weak weapons to get more weak weapons and then grinding the hell out of the weak weapons to make more weak weapons and all that [tornado fang]ing wanker-jazz.
