related note, I hate "stamina" bars in Online games,(specifically Korean ones) that prevent you from playing for the day once it hits 0%

It doesn't encourage me to go spend time with my family or outdoors or something, (like it's supposed to) it just encourages me to go play something else.

But then again, i'm not a Korean living in Korea so I don't know how effective it is over there.

I am one room from beating Dark Souls. I'll probably stick around a bit longer and look for treasures/buy magic/kill all NPCs, but... FINARRY.

80 hours and only one game played in 45 days... my next game will have to be 15 minutes long or something...

Getting real [tornado fang]ing tired of all the ghost houses. Especially since two of them (Out of the five I've been to.) have been autoscrolling.

Managed to have an achivement-fest in TF2.

Coin Rush could benefit from getting a patch to filter out/remove autoscrolling levels and ghost houses from its rotation. Water levels too since I seem to get one EVERY [tornado fang]ing TIME.

While energy farming in Wheel Gator's stage, it went from day to night in the background. Nice touch. Also, I beat X2 with Sonic Slicer as Sigma Form 1's weakness.

Finished Dark Souls! Nice! Now I can finally play something else!

Unless I start new game+ and get like 70% of it done in one day, like I did just now... Ugh. Someone please take this game from me or something...

Got around to continuing Super Mario 64 DS.

The game looks pretty good and looks WAY better than the original; I don't know why people think the game looks "[tornado fang]ing" ugly.

Although the D-pad is going to get some getting used to. Also, they got rid of alot of the stupid stars from the original and made the experience less patience grinding.

Why do people hate this game? 

I honestly don't really like the idea of having to unlock the main character.
The Controls are real stiff, running should be the default and turning should be more instantaneous.
In terms of the graphics, the textures are improved (or in some cases, brand new) but they look real fuzzy.
Its been a long time since I played 64DS so really that's all I can say.

None. They added 30 stars, one new one to each world and 15 more secret ones, for a grand total of 150. In addition, you start out as Yoshi and have to unlock Mario, Luigi, and Wario, of whom the Wing Cap, Vanish Cap, and Metal Cap are spread amongst respectively. You must defeat a boss in order to unlock the keys to the doors they are locked in.

I just didn't like the controls. D-pad is not well suited for a 3D game. Maybe on the 3DS it's better, though.

Speaking of, I started NSMB2! My first impression is that the game is awesome, as usual, but if you've played NSMB or the Wii version, you've seen 2 already. 3D Land felt more fresh and engaging to me at the same point.

Yeah. This game basically runs on autopilot. Nothing too special if you're familiar with NSMB and Wii, and the prize for 1 million coins is MAJOR crap.

I'd rank NSMBWii and 3D Land above this one. The power-ups and level design in those games were more unique and fun IMO. 2 feels samey all the way through. Don't get me wrong, the game is crazy solid like any Mario, but honestly I was expecting more than just a ton of coins everywhere.

Also, I finally got the 3DS system update that allows me to organize stuff in folders. So pretty.

I have Mario Kart 7 sealed since January. Not sure if I should start that game or play something on the PS2...

Expecting more? I'm pretty sure that the game's always been said to be a ton of coins everywhere!

That said, I'm really enjoying getting those tons of coins. It's quite fun.
