I'm only going to post in Wilypocalypse, because I said I would and I kinda want to do it.
Unless I'll change my mind.

I'm gonna lurk the forum, and I might make an occasional post outside the Wilypocalypse... but [tornado fang] me sideways if I'm gonna be super active anytime soon.

Ah, RP´s and the wonderful problems...
Can´t you install a dice o bot? Idea is this:
When you make a new reply in the RP section, you get the option to use the dice bot.
The dice bot will make a reply after yours showing a number. The RP organiser  sets the rules on what the dice numbers does.
Say Metal Man throws Metal Blade at Crash Man, use the dice number to show if throw is successful , if so, roll again on opponent if it hits or not.
That way nobody can cheat.

MetalMan: Aight Crash Man! Taste my Metal Blade!
Dice Bot: Rolling Dice: 4
Rules: If number is 4 or higher, the throw is corect.

Crash Man: Aw Crap! A Metal Blade, ima try dodge it!
Diec Bot: Rolling Dice: 1
Rules If Number is 3 or below , you get hit.
Crash Man, aw crap! *smash*
