Having just been released from the hospital I'm back and okay for the moment.

Long story short: Gastro problems.. had to be rushed through an ambulance from work...couldn't walk/move..so much pain...tears..needles...equipment.. forcing drugs/fluids into my body... it wasn't a pleasant experience.. :'(

I also hope to get better. ^^

I'm really hoping though I don't have that disease like our good comrade PB. I looked up what the diet consists of and I"m not liking it...

how do you deal with such a thing? Looking at the list, 90 % of those items are what I eat.. and well considering I'm a lightweight, I don't want to lose more weight but gain it instead. :(

Well, it depends.  I mean, I have mild case, so I can get away with some things.  Spicy food, for example, isn't recommended, but it doesn't bother me.  I don't have much dairy in the first place, even before I got it, so that was easy.  The worst, worst thing I can have is Peanut Butter.  One or two Reeses Peanut Butter cups cause me pain.  LoL, BOY does that suck, being that I know of a place in the city that makes REALLY REALLY good peanut butter and such.  In the long run though, you get by, and pain is a great deterrent to make sure you don't eat that stuff.
