The weapons actually sound pretty cool. It's going to be hard to top 9's arsenal, but it sounds like 10 has a chance.

Commando Bomb 
It is pretty bad that they use exactly the same weapon as Crash Man, but it makes me happy for some reason. Crash Man is my favorite boss.. or one of my favorite bosses, and the weapon makes me nostalgic.
The rest of the weapons looks awesome, i actually  think this might be one of the better Mega Man games. Mega Man 9 was legen.. wait for it.. dary!

I think there may be some small truth to the idea that 9's weapons were a bit overpowered. Then again, when you're going for those challenges, it's pretty much a requisite.

Good to see another shield again, that's for sure. Do we need something like Tornado Blow? Eh, probably not. So 10's arsenal levels the playing field just the right amount while still offering weapons that will protect you if you have enough skill (Rebound Striker and Triple Knife, namely).

Ooooh the weapons...

Water Shield - Meh...I can dodge, so why need a barrier/shield?
Commando Bomb - seems powerful. I like the blasting radius/effect.
Wheel Cutter - I actually want some kind of Wheel Kirby instead of this.
Triple Blade - Yay! Throwing Knife Blade!
Solar Blaze - ......
Chill Spike - If those spikes means instant death to foes then YEAH!!!
Rebound Striker - the "each bound increases attack power" seems interesting at least.

So base on the current given information the best weapons for me so far are Triple Blade, Rebound Striker, & Thunder Wool.
