That's the legendary from Gen5! Maguskarp! You just use a Water Stone on a Level 100 Magikarp and you get that! It's black, and Hyper Beam comes standard. Plus, no recharge time!

Sprites-Inc of course, got me into spriting(which I unfortunately have not done for a good 3 or 4 years...).

Well, hopefully, here's the first of many.
