Sounds good to me.
Potato Salad.
Although the rules state that you need to post something a little more substantial to revive a thread without breaking the rules... So let me take a crack at this.
I am currently consuming a plate of potato salad. Its ingredients include the quite obvious, potato, as well as parsley (or cilantro, I don't know.) Other contents include bacon bits, and a sort of seasoning. I taste a slight bit of olive oil, likely to keep the dish from being too dry. It is lacking in salt, but the seasoning's flavor and the bacon make up for it. Texture-wise, it's similar to any other potato salad. The plate is approximately 1/3 filled as of the writing of this post, and measures at about seven to eight inches in length.
Sorry I got a little too into it there.
