People are surprised that Capcom is using art from places other than themselves? Don't you guys remember that they most likely got art from various sites for R20? Or, for that matter, the Okami Wii boxart?

wut? if i was MegaphilX, i would feel honored, but, if you plan on demanding them, you can't copyright a registered game, and the game would delay due to legal issues, so this time... [spoiler]SHUT THE [tornado fang] UP AND DON'T DEMAND CAPCOM!!!![/spoiler]
also, i only to the site to hear the songs from MM10 (i'm sure the 2nd one it's the one from the sports guy)

You can make them feel it where it hurts, fanbase and conscience. It IS an appalling practice and we should just let it be known to them. Aside from art theft, what they did was simply false advertising that entered a new realm of stupidity.

Maybe... except they never really rectify the Okami Wii boxart. I still laugh each time I pass that game in a store.

The email postcard was the first mistake and MegaPhil got it fixed yesterday. Then this site came up. I'm not sure what Phil is going to do regarding that but rather than create an uproar let Phil handle this as civil as he can.

And we're close to choosing a new name for our game now. Its taken us months to think of one. This debacle has forced us to hasten up the decision.
