Hmm. You should ditch the part right under his chin. it gives him an odd look. The part that comes under the ear is just one straight line, not two.

Is just one straight line, not two. And it doesnt run the full length of his jaw.

Also, the part that comes up from the ear that then arches down over the eyes, is a bit too long. That one part is supposed to slightly cover the upper part of the eye. but it is too high up.

Oh!  i didn't noticed that! Don't worry, i'm fixing that [parasitic bomb] up.

Yes. The helmet is better now.
However, all because the X4 intro had him with a slightly pointy chin doesnt mean that it will look good on the sprite. try to match it a bit with Zero's chin type.
I made the edit to his chin,(X) but you might want to check the shadowing.
Im not sure about which of these probably fits more, but... I tried to match it up a bit better.

You guessed right! Very talented, isn't he? You should see the data cards that he's made, for his robot masters (as well as StarSims' Yoku Man ).

Also, that poster, new title design and new title graphic are things of beauty.
