The only finished levels are Metal Man, Flash Man, Heat Man, Crash Man, and Air Man. Warning: the game is hard.

Sweet, RKS Stage Start, and Boss Theme...

I think I started late October.... Early November. Since I just started it, I'm thinking it's going to take me a couple of months for a full game to be made. Hopefully going to add a time attack mode, and more options to make the game have more replay value. A friend of mine had been talking about thoughts for a 2 player mode.

As for fanprojects, I remembered there was a brawler, you could choose between the Rockmen of ZX and ZX Advent.
Can't remember the name of the game currently...

Oh I do. I'd still rock to have that music in 8-bit along with the rest of the soundtrack. I believe Wood Man's stage is an 8-bit version of the train level on Turtltes in Time.

Ah, MM21XX. The old game that ran on DOS, plays midi music and has 16 mavericks instead of 8. ^^

That was the version I played at least. It might have been updated a couple of times already.

I haven't checked the link. Is it from Rockman No Constancy? Because if so, I don't want it spoiled. I really liked this hack, I want to get there by myself.

Some cat had developed an idea called "Rockman Echo" and composed a soundtrack for it (MIDI). Isn't very much inspired though.

That did not go well for me. >< I had a Rockman game in the works, but was canned on the generated map stage of my RPGXP. I have the demo, but I just didin't have the rescources, and MiDi making experience. (Rockman no Hishi was the title)

On another note: I do belive this topic can be pinned for insurance of the majority of fangames that might be filling up here in this topic.

BTW, is there any sites that host, and/or is devoted to MegaMan fan creations? I've seen some sites that are devoted to Metroid fan projects, and even Mario fan projects. But I have yet to see any sites devoted to megaman fan projects.

Yeah, there does need to be a site for MM fan games. I can't believe no one has made one yet. A new MM2 rom hack seems to be born every few months.
