Gotta love foreign language teachers.
She's different. She's a single 27 year old Spanish teacher who is single but has a boyfriend that she's be going out with for a couple of years but for some strange reason, in my opinion, hasn't proposed to her yet because he's a little slow in that respect, which is a good thing because you never want to rush with these things in my opinion especially if you and/or your family are very strict and religous.
Now add the fact that's she's a cheer leader coach, has trouble with younger teenagers, which is understandable because lets face it most teens at that age are complete and utter morons and again she's young. She also complains about said teenagers constantly, and again can't blaim her because from what she says they're deliquents who are very stupid and apparently talk about doing drugs and other things and are going to end up being losers for the rest of thier lives if they keep this up, but you really shouldn't complain to your students all the time about it I mean if you can't deal with that then you really shouldn't teach a high school class because obviously you're not ready. The thing is she's pretty danm ambious I mean she's only been teaching here for 3 years, and that's when I was a freshman and I've had her for all these 3 years, and she's already teaching 3rd year Spanish.
Now if she has a beef with all these kids, why does she privatly single me out for my social problems, akwardness, and difficulties when I get good grades in her class all the time and don't really cause her and trouble at all. I mean she wants me to take a test to put me in a program so I can make friends with other kids who have similar problems. I don't have a problem with taking the test just to see where I fall on that scale, if I fall anywhere that is, but I don't want to go through with the program because I know that my problem is not as severe or detrimental as others and I don't really think she understands that. I mean I know she has good intentions and she geinually wants to help me but she really doesn't really get who I am or how I think, that's why when I raised this topic before I thought maybe she was a conformist, but now I just think she doesn't understand this thing.
She also offered my mom some kind of program, I don't know what it was for but it's kind of weird that she offered one to my mom.
why are you taking spanish anyway
2 reasons. My Grandparents on my mom's side of the family are Cuban and I want to be able to understand them and 2 I want own some kind of buisness, hey I may suck at math but I'm good with money, and I'll have more use with Spanish than French.
In my opinion you should only take French if you have an intrest in it, have friends or relatives that only speak French, or plan to be a History major or historian since many historical documents are either in French or German and German is pretty hard for a lot of people. Other than that French doesn't have many uses since only one or two countries speak it and we deal more with the Spanish and Asian countries such as China and Japan more and a majority of the foreigners here are hispanic.
