Well, I just figured out why the fan translation sucks so much.

You see, it was translated from Japanese to Chinese, and then from Chinese to English.

So in reality it was translated TWICE.

I'll read the fan translation, then I'll wait for the official release. It'll take forever though, since they're just ending the Elite Four Arc.
