Well, 1 am is a bit late to call the doctor, so first thing in the morning will hafta be soon enough.  I'm long overdue for a booster anyway.
At least you didn't have to get 3 shots last monday like I did, luckily none of them were blood tests.  I mean I'm not that afraid of needles and I've long forgo my hemophobia but the needle in the vein for a long time kinda hurts you know?

I'd rather have a bloodtest than have a needle jabbed through the muscle in my bicep. =/

Point made, how bad was the bite?

Bad enough to draw quite a bit of blood and hurt like hell.

Best bet is to run cold water on it and apply some medical adhesive. Otherwise, there is nothing I can do.

I made sure to do that first thing.  Washed it three times (initial bandaging, then every time I washed my hands and when I showered), put on Neosporin, and put a band-aid on it til it stopped bleeding.

Well since you handled it immediately, you should be fine. Just remember to see the doctor in the morning and have it checked out.  (Not PB, who knows what of kind disease he's carrying -_-) I don't think anything serious should happen in one night.

"Create names by chance. Use Bacon."

Because of that, I'm now naming a character Bacon.

Now when I eventually publish it, I hope no one asks me about that.

I don't have any flytraps though.

Neither do I at the moment.  When I did, though, they ate a steady diet of ants and one of 'em had a piece of flesh as an experiment.  I chose the smallest, somewhat sickly-looking flytrap and gave it a piece of calloused skin.  It ate it... and grew better.

Yeah remember you mentioned that before the crash, when did they all die?

Two years ago.  I haven't gotten any since as the cats would eat 'em and I'd rather have my own place where no one would really mind if a small army of ants was routinely present on my windowsill, marching into the jaws of the flytraps and being devoured, thereby keeping the colony population in check.  Great for pest control.

That place where my grandpa gets his eggs sure could use a few flytraps because the giant bug zapper sure doesn't work as well as it should.

I think I've had mine for 5 or 6 years and she only got neutered, some werid medicine, and a cone but that was only for the first week we got her.

Vets are expensive.  Though, my cats are gonna make the trip at least once for shots and fixings.  Yep, poor Han is gonna have his manhood lopped off.

What is the difference between spayed and neutered, or is it just gender specific?  I mean I've only had female cats and one crazy male demon dick kitten that I think was put under after we moved when I was 5.  I mean that kitten came into my room every night and scratched me.

Spaying is the removal of the reproductive organs in a female pet.  Neutering is the removal of the reproductive organs in a male pet.  The general term is "castration."

I've interned at a vet's office once and got to watch a cat be spayed and a dog be neutered.  I also helped with delivering nine puppies via c-section.  Twas interesting.
