I decided to make an Omelet for the first time, I know how to make scrambled eggs and it seems simple enough.

I put cheese and pepperoni in it. I finished it and took a picture but I didn't flip it well, plus the pepperoni was a bad idea. It's making me think that I should somehow make the omelet sweet next time. But for my first attempt it wasn't bad. Also maybe 3 eggs next time.

Pepperoni Omelets are delicious, but it depends on the cheese you use. Mozzarella is the best bet with that.

Yeah I basically used the Mexican Style Blend shredded cheese from Costco, but the egg it self makes me think I may like it sweet. Or just make it with Mozzarella Cheese only.

Yeah it's kinda sad, apparently the guy who made it is in my anime club. I don't think I ever met him before, anime club is huge.
