Crash Bandicoot was awesome.  At least until they started getting gimmicky with it.  Then again, how many games can you possibly do where the goal is to run, jump, and spin into things before it gets a little stale?  o_o

you do realize that it only got gimmicky after CTR, when Naughty Dog let go of the license, right?

those first three games (ctr was fun too) were the best.

Also Flonne always had some kind of thigh band or ribbon in her original form.

And that's why she's always soo adorable~ :cookie:

The only thing I don't like about her new thigh ribbon is that it's white.  It would look a lot better if it was red.

For whatever bizarre reason, my brother and I looked up pics of the latest crazes in piercing and body modification, including corset piercings, transparent lip disc mods (so that the person has a window in their lower lip and you can see their teeth), and bagel heads.

This search came about after I showed my brother that Ukranian doll-girl.

Granted, to each their own, but we still have to ask... What the flark?

The first 3 Crash Bandicoot games were awesome too! :cookie:

First one's too hard.
Never beat the third one completely, or for that matter actually beat the third one, my PSX memory card is a piece of [parasitic bomb] that would corrupt saves.
I did finally beat the Second one, [tornado fang]ing Cold Hard Crash, or whatever that one stage is with the skull area you had to backtrack in to get all the boxes.

I had a 16-in-1 Gold PSX memory card. Man it sucked when that decided to crap out. It was great for those full memory card games, like Fighter Maker and Populous: The Beginning.

Well, Fighter Maker has different parts of a character that use various amounts of blocks, but they all add up to one full card. 16 blocks, is it? You can save space or whatever by omitting certain parts. Victory Poses, Win Loss poses (possibly separate blocks), even the name IIRC. The biggest problem with that game is it doesn't have any music. I bet if I accompanied it with some, I might ever actually accomplish something. I like to make the arms and legs fold into the torso and lay it on the ground. Best hit box ever.

Populous is literally 16 (is it 16? Someone correct me if I'm wrong) blocks, straight up.

Have you guys played Populous on SNES? It occurs to me that some may not have, and that brings sorrow to my heart.

I'm guessing it was 15. PS1 memory cards had 15 blocks.

I had one of those multi-page cards too. I was at the very end of FF9... and it randomy wiped the page my FF9 saves were on.

Then I restarted the game and found out there was a scratch that froze the game in the Theater District of Lindblum, somewhere you HAVE to go. :\

I still have my Gem ending save on Crash Bandicoot (1) 8D

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

To get it out of the way:

I hate you, Ladd Spencer. I hate the way you post, the way you put together words to form said posts, and... well... I despise you.
In my life, I didn't like many people I met. Be it IRL or Online.

I think only two or three people (be it online or IRL) received my "true hate".

And you know what? I can't believe how much pure unaltered venomous HATE, I feel for you now.
You aren't even that stupid or annoying, and yet. There's something about you that just makes want to choke you.

Well...

That's pretty much it. I do not wish to start a flame war, drama or anything like that. I just wanted to speak my mind, because I feel that if I didn't... I would eventually go batshit on you here, and then I would get banned.

I just hope that one day I can get over this, and we'll be the bestest of friends.

Cheers.

I hate you, Ladd Spencer. [and so-forth]
Wow.  I somehow was not expecting this.  Now I feel like I have to counter it.

I know I've already said this elsewhere, but even if there's a few people who don't dig you, Ladd, you have my support.

...  *snickers and starts laughing*  Okay.  Okay.  Inadvertent, appropriate reference there.  But seriously, you do.  Maybe it's because I've finally learned not to take the Internet so seriously, or maybe I can just read peoples emotions through text better than some (sometimes, not always), but I've come to find your posts to be consistently entertaining!
I'll admit, when I first came back here and saw you as "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Megaman," not to mention seeing the post someone wrote which said "Maybe he'll do something so bad one day that he'll get banned," I didn't think much of you.  But after a short while, I started to warm up to you and find your satirical, sometimes jerk-assy posts amusing!

As I've said before, you're a troll, but you're not one of those "I hate everyone and everything [tornado fang] you all" type of trolls.  You make posts to get reactions, but when you want to, you also speak your mind and give genuine opinions on things.  Occasionally, the two are inter-mingled, but I always follow what you mean.

In short, I still think you're a pretty awesome guy with an entertaining view on things.  Not everyone's going to understand what your deal is, but there'll always be a few who do.  :)

Honestly while I find Ladd can be very offensive sometimes, he does think in a very different way and I do respect that. People can be overly sensitive and while he can take things to the extreme he does have something of a point. The other times I can ignore it just fine.

The only thing I do have to say for Ladd is that his Grammar Nazi tendencies kind of undermine his point of people being too overly sensitive because of the argument of people calling Pokemon, Pokeymon, instinctively makes them stupid or retarded to him and therefore he is overly sensitive to common mistakes.  I mean I can be a Grammar Nazi as well but I try not to get on people on it except for my mom, but only because she's half deaf and English is not her first Language.  She really only has trouble with her J's since J are Ja or "Ha" in Spanish.  Though I do question why my friend pronounces Gemini as "Gemmenai".

Ladd doesn't bother me.  Granted, there have been more than a few posts where I've rolled my eyes, but in the Cosplay thread, Ladd earned my respect.  However, I am still going to remain impartial, in case I'm called into action.  That's just something I need to do.  Personal investment in members cannot cloud my authoritative judgment.
