I wasted like half an hour of stepping through frames in Media Player Classic just so I could get smooth true to the show animation. And then after that I still had to resize it, and most places still wouldn't take it since the file is 11 MB.

Jesus Christ, learn to virtual dub gif export and photoshop/gimp/anygraphicprogramthatisworthitssalt gif compression.
It will make your life easier in the future.

I did use GIMP though.

Somehow compressing the image made it bigger.

But yeah I'll probably find some way to automate the process in the future.
