Thats alright, but if theres no CD finding, then like 8, they are going to replace rush search with Rush coil and or Rush jet.
We'll see what else they do.

oh god, NO CD Finding!

ok, i did forgive 8FC because its still fun to play and i get sick of all the people bashing it over the whole...whuuaaaaaaaaa they dont make it true 8-bit, they shortened one stage, they get rid of some stuff........

BUT THIS!!!!!

meh, this group does not seem to try to put those things, is the same problem that MM9 and 10 had, they excised all the cool things just to suck megaman's 2 organs even more.

CD Finding in Search Mans Stage was a [sonic slicer]. I [tornado fang]ing hated it.

They better make the invulnerability time of the bosses less so Forte can kill them without it being:

"SHOOT 5 (or 6) SHOTS.

1 HITS FOR 1 DAMAGE.

5(!!!) SECONDS OF INVULNERABILITY.

DODGE DODGE DODGE.

RINSE REPEAT."

Thats boring as hell.

Also, the reason CD's aren't going to be available is probably this:

Lazy.

They don't want to make 100 images from the SNES version 8-bit. It'd take them too long.

Or.. CD finding to reduce R&F streeeeessss.. I've had so much stress finding those damn things. Plus most of the whole game was swarming with enemies.

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

I mean, theyre not even trying... its like, their philosophy is that to be a classic 8 bit Megaman game, they have to remove anything that wasnt in the 8 bit games, and dumb it down to Megaman 1-5 standards.

I dunno, it's not like CD collection was a major part of what made the game enjoyable.  As long as they fix the way the Bass fights bosses (which they probably will), they should do okay.  They even put the Wily Wars bosses in!

Well, 7 and 8.5 were bad games on their systems, so I guess that if it worked for 7 it will work for 8.5.... 8 on the other hand wasn't suited for a 8 bit remake.

Excuse say moi? I disagree with that statement. I found 7 to be quite an enjoyable Mega Man game for the SNES. I can agree with you a bit on 8.5, and that's mostly because I haven't bothered to finish the game (which means there is something very wrong here for me not to finish a megaman game, then again I can only play it via emulator which could probably be the reason why I don't feel like finishin it), but I did enjoy most of what I played. Minus the pyro and Astro Man's battle with Rock...and that train section on Magic's stage, again with Rock. The Bass vs Boss thing was just an annoyance.

PS: I only played the GBA version. I should really try out the SNES original with the fan translation sometime.

Graphics ain't a problem. The butchered gameplay is.

The Bass sprites they made for RM7FC, so why can't they expand on that and use those instead of being lazy and using the edited sprites, don't get me wrong, Bass DOES look good, but his scale and detail is terrible, he's meant to be taller than Mega Man height-wise, not so he's taller just because of his head-gear, like this:
(This is the Mega Man 10 Bass made by CapCom)
As opposed to something a little MORE like Bass like this:
(This is the Rockman 7FC Bass made by Mend and the RockmanFC team)
Despite Bass being short, he looks better and isn't a plain Mega Man edit, I then took it into my own hands to make a Bass sprite, the one I made, is based of his sprite from Mega Man and Bass/Rockman and Forte:

I'm currently in the process of making a full sheet (Including Treble Boost and weapons) just need a few sprites to finish off before I can start TB and Weapon sprites. I may actually (after I finish everything needed for MM&B) start sprites for Mega Man 8 aswell (seeing as RM8FC uses the edited Bass sprites like RM&FFC) and submit the sprites and a few other things for use, I'm pretty sure they won't get used for size issues or limitations etc, but it's worth a try.
And an apology in advance for writing a novel  :|

That's because he's based directly off of Bass' sprites from Mega Man and Bass, I wanted to make it true to his original pose, so I attempted to make him in 8-bit with all his attributes from the original game, it was hard to make the first few poses, but when I had the base body and head down, I could dly through the rest.
When I make my own sprites/art thread, I'll post a the sheet to date so people can get where I'm coming from
