What Sakura said but I've always thought that he was absorbed into the Disney Beast, seeing as he only exists on an ABC television show and as the voice of Buzz Lightyear now.

Yeah and apparently a Toy Story 4 has been announced on a tentative schedule of 2017 with him once again voicing Buzz Lightyear. Wonder how that's going to work but to quote the reason for making it on Wikipedia:

Toy Story 4 (2017)

Toy Story 4 was announced by Disney during an investor's call in November 2014, tentatively scheduled for theatrical release on June 16, 2017. Lasseter will return to direct, while the screenplay will be written by Rashida Jones and Will McCormack from a story by Lasseter, Andrew Stanton, Pete Docter and Lee Unkrich. Galyn Susman will produce. Lasseter has hinted that Toy Story 4 will be a love story and will pick up where Toy Story 3 left off. According to Lasseter, "Toy Story 3 ended Woody and Buzz’s story with Andy so perfectly that for a long time, we never even talked about doing another Toy Story movie. But when Andrew, Pete, Lee and I came up with this new idea, I just could not stop thinking about it. It was so exciting to me, I knew we had to make this movie—and I wanted to direct it myself."

Love story... ehh, not sure how I feel about that.

And wow, Rashida Jones, huh? To my knowledge, I don't think she's ever written before.

The reason I think they are making a Love Story is because Woody lost Bo Peep before the third so it's probably going to center around him. I can see a lot of material in that.

Apparently the reason Bo was written off was because she's actually a porcelain lamp decoration thing so age wouldn't do good for her unlike a toy.
