The download page has a low rating from WOT. And the footage looks too washed out not to be just a video camera capture. If he can provide a video with wireframe or something that proves he has actual access to the processing of the graphical data, and not just a capture of video, then I might consider it.

Over one month later... There is, and has been, a working 3DS emulator out there, and I've used it. Laggy as hell, but it works. I'd share, but there's that thing about 3DS emulators not technically being legal. >.>;;
