I am Jason Brillante "Damdoshi", french, 25, I come from several french megaman community corpses and I am here because a friend told me to come advertise my "fan game" (yeaaaaah, this is why I am here [and probably why I will get out?]. Everything about Megaman has been said and repeated millions of times so speaking about it is not the reason I come!).
I hope that my english is good enough to be understood, because it won't changes in two days. :°)
Well, about myself. I'm pretty ordinary, you can stop reading here and jump to the end.
I am a programmer and I work at my own rubbery, black, red and micro-sized studio "Hanged Bunny Studio", which is around 6m^3 (but free of any charge, at least and with an internet access).
I used to draw video game ressources (well, landscapes, sprites...) and people often told me I suck at it, so, instead of going on, I have stopped and have decided to suck at drawing fetish things and ain't care about what other people think and it does not work better.
I compose music. Rock and chiptunes. And, I think because most of people have not taste in music (I do not see other reasons), a lot of people succeed in earing it. I won't say they like it, but with a nice game, they can handle it and even shake their shoulders on.
I have written a book called "The Derision" which is a role playing game book... it's like a mix between Megaman X and Terminator, but with no Megaman and no Terminator, but instead, stories and plenty of good or bad characters that actually are not big heroes or big vilains.
I have made two video games. The first one is "The Bite Of Darkness", a graphical adventure like... well, Mystery House, but with colors and a mouse to play... and it does not work anymore on modern Windows. The second one is "Furrow Of Light" which only works on Linux with an older version of some libraries...
I can still look at them thanks to videos I've made... pretty cool, na?
Maybe I'll talk about my current project (and put a link to get my prototype) if I am allowed to by the administrator, like written in the rules.
And if I am not... well. I think I will cry alone in my rubbery, black, red and micro-sized cave that I call a studio. x)
