Kupo has over 9000 different defintions. [parasitic bomb] is only one of them. To be clear, it could be anything, from slang or expletive related. There is also unkupo, which is a more negative version of kupo. So just saying kupo, means I'm giving a positive response. If I said he was unkupo, then I'd really be insulting him, in a bad way.
