Oh, it does.  That's because the quality of this film is something out of a made for TV mini series.  Good eye there, Cephi!  Heh, probably two beautiful eyes there too!  *flirtation mode*

Needless to say, the Hollywoodtification of DragonBall, now titled Dragonball Evolutions, looks to be going full throttle into suck central.  LoL, I can't wait.

They got the Kameawave (is that how you spell it?) wrong. It's like the Annihilator Hadouken (if that's what it is). This one's like Lucario's aura sphere.
But other than that, it looks good.

Well, you think about how many times DB/Z had that POV view right after knocking somebody far away, then switching to a profile or under camera for mid-flight, then this makes sense.

But then:
A) Nobody can punch anybody that dramatically far, not in the context of these characters, and
B) It'll be awfully shaky about the time of contact (provided the darn thing doesn't break).

I don't think you understand.  The POV is not showing the fist punching someone in the face from the side, or anything like that.  It's from the actual fist's perspective...
