Pringer X

Is there a video showing off the 2nd level special for Zero yet?

Flame

Not that I can see- though we see that when he's defeated, Zero explodes into bubbles, like all megaman characters do.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

ZERO kept stealing the E-CAP before it got to her. IIRC A human will take damage from it, but a robot ends up healing them instead.
THIS IS A MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH FOR MEGA MAN POOP LOGISTICS KNOWLEDGE.

Apparently robot poop is toxic.

Nekomata

wait, you're still going on about that theory?

Poor Roll, I can see that many players are gonna take advantage of the scenario.

A really good Roll player doesn't let anyone steal her health.

Exactly.

I mean, honestly, you're not really supposed to be utilizing that super that much, if at all. 90% of the time, there's likely a better option for you to put that Super Meter to use.

However, if you really want to use it, either for a last ditch thing, or just to "rub it in their faces" (like I usually am prone to do), you use it in the midst of a set-up. A really basic type of set up that's good for such a thing like this to end with any combo that ends with a (preferably charged) "Roll HomeRun", and then have Roll heal. By the time the foe gets up, they'll be powerless to do anything about Roll getting her heal on. 8D

Or at least, that was the basic strategy employed for the original game. Dunno how things might change slightly for this "new-fangled" version. 8D

Like the OMNI BUCKET!  XD

Alternate fix

Cpie

Zero's quite short actually.

Bah, according to artwork, he was a head taller than X, who's short himself (1,60m lol)

Actually, he's only slouching cause of the weight of his boob lights!

...is what I thought Asena's Font Size 1 (FS1) would read!

Seriously? o:

I'm watching you all. Always watching.

Cpie

Yup, even less than a head taller it seems haha

Well if original Zero is short, can you imagine MMZ's Zero? Should be 1.45m lol

Woa~ I'm as tall as X!
... Wait.
XD

Zan

Nah, X's height should remain 160 cm, even in the ZERO-series. Same for Zero, but I guess he just has a very youthful appearance:

TERRY: Hey there, kiddo. It's awfully dangerous around here for a tyke.
ZERO: Ugh... Watch it...! Kiddo?
TERRY: You exude confidence. I like that. Let's mix it up!

KEN: Hey, you're about as big as my boy back home. That gives me pause.
ZERO: ...Enough. ...I am no child.
KEN: ...OK. No guilt here. Let's do it, sonny! I'll teach you that it's a good
idea to be polite to elders!

CHUN: Excuse me. I'm looking for this guy, can you help me?
ZERO: No... I'm in a hurry...
CHUN: Have you seen a big guy around here with red hat and clothes?
ZERO: Can't help you...
CHUN: You're a pretty snotty little kid. ...Hmm. What's that? Are you packing?
Show me that weapon.
ZERO: Don't touch me...!
CHUN: What's with you? I won't pamper you just because you're a kid!

The fun thing is he is older then most of the characters in that game

What's even more amusing is that aside from looking that much taller, ZERO's not even standing upright.
One more throwback to X3, I suppose. 8D

Also, this is going to sound really nerdy and pointless, and is, but I don't recall the Z-Saber being mounted opposite Zero's sword hand before.

Yeah, that was one of the odd things people on 2ch noticed from the start. But they didn't care since being in the left side slot makes it easier for him to use it with the animations.

Plus normally, a sword is always sheathed on the opposite side of your dominant hand.

Hypershell

If at the waist, certainly.  With the shoulder it would be the other way around, mainly due to sheathe physics which do not apply to an energy sword, but still.

Flame

Actually, they could. That way, he reaches over and can slash out an arc from his sheath side shoulder down to his side.

Oh wow. Im suddenly reminded of Frost Walrus' dialogue exchange with Zero.

True, he kinda uses it more like a whip than a sword in the game, so it seems like he treats it differently.

Black Mage J

Its just he whips it out really fast that it looks like some kind of sword wave, I remember in X6 it looked more like a light saber.
