Huh, the problem might actually be on my end. Which is odd since I've been able to play random ranked matches.

EDIT: I call shenanigans. I've been able to play random ranked battles before but now I'm unable to play against a player directly? That's bull.

I finally got Tatsunoko Vs Capcom UAS for the Wii so maybe I'll see you guys online! Well I got it yesterday so I still need some more practice (can't seem to perform the Throws and Super and Hyper moves too) though I have to say I'm pretty good with Roll. Still trying to unlock everything so see you guys later!

Survival makes a great practicing ground, too. You get better as you go along, and the difficulty gradually increases.

If I get this game, I fully expect you guys to kick my ass around a bit even before I unlock everything. It's the best way to learn, so that I don't get bogged down by getting used to the CPU.

I love how Lightan's fourth color is just  a darker gold. (shinier in any case.)
And when they said he was a nightmare to use against Yami, they werent kiddin'.
It didnt help that Ball of doom also chose that exact moment to be the cheapest it could be either, and keep spamming the life steal aura, making any resistance futile as lightan kept getting hit by it, cornered against the wall.
But in the end, I did get to see Tekkaman Blade's ending and get his "dark" pallet.

It's a lot easier to beat Yami with Lightan than PTX.  Just spam Lightan's stomp.

I beat him with PTX quite easily. His super helps, and so does the multi hit buzzsaw. Lightan gave me trouble. But then again, I didnt persist. I switched out to Zero and T. Blade.
Maybe Ill try that later.

Yami can interrupt PTX's super so easily sometimes, so it can depend.  With Lightan, just spamming his stomp will do the trick usually.

True, but he can interrupt many characters specials. Its just a matter of keeping away as much as possible and blocking.

It depends on how cheap he decides to be that day.
today, he decided he didnt like Lightan, and he showed it.

After all these years, Zero's finally found something to fight for:

I knew there was a use for the aerial Light Hienyaku!

I still cant pull up those kinds of Hienkyaku. I can only to left-right. Its a reat way to get close to the opponent fast.
In any case, so this is basically how Zero can pull of an infinite if done right. just Hienkyaku back down to start aaall over.
