The Pokemon Sunday TV Show about the announcement (3/5). It'll be fun to see the show on 9/5 too. ^^

I can't wait to visit Johto/Kanto regions again, the most recognized places in the whole Pokemon universe.

I must have visited those regions so many times back in my Game Boy/Stadium days, it's hard to be without them. o>v<o

I definitely think the Crystal version will show up after this, so I'll wait patiently for that and repeat my Full Pokedex tradition.

In the meantime, I'll play both Heart Gold and Soul Silver! Let's see if we can breed a new Curselax~

Ah, yes, back when they made good Pokemon designs.

Between Megaman 9, Kirby Superstar Ultra, TMNTIVHD, and now PKMN G/S remakes, the developers in the industry should remember how to make a good game by now.

Actually, I'm not so sure about a Crystal remake. Wouldn't it be more advantageous to include the new elements Crystal introduced, as well as the material from the newer titles? That, and we didn't get an Electric Yellow version last time.

We only got Fire Red and Leaf Green, nothing on either the Blue (technical, I know) or Yellow versions; even though this is only their second time to do remakes, and considering this will probably already have a number of D/P's features, I seriously doubt there will be a Crystal remake.

Im just hoping that these will have like new content at least after completing the game like fire red/leaf green did with having a whole entire new land of islands to explore with storyline.....rather than just some battle tower place again..

When you beat Johto region (GSC) you can visit Kanto region (RBGY). I'm happy with that. ^.^

Ah yes, the "Hidden Palace Zone" of the pokemon series. Used as tile data for one game, and never seen again in another, and the only way to access it is by toying through the stage data.

I'm sure it will return, after all, it is a remake. I mean, we got to have access through it via Kanto, right?

...Wait, what? The Sevii Islands were in Fire Red and Leaf Green. Only one island in the game seemingly didn't work right and it was Alternating Cave or something. The rest are fully explorable and featured remixes of GSC themes (including the ever popular Azalea Town theme.) There is even a bonus Team Rocket story there along with Lorelei's house and teaching the starters super powered Hyper Beam like elemental moves.

It is. The Pokémon Sunday show just ended like, 10 minutes ago.

Also, from the looks of it; Your starter Pokémon will follow you just like Pikachu did in Yellow.
