Another thing those pokemon were trained pretty well, I didn't expect that Amphoros to survive my Metagross' Earthquake attack.

Well I finally won, but man dude I'm sorry for the bad luck there with the missed Leaf Storm and all.  I'm just glad I actually came up with some pretty danm good strategy but I gotta remember that Rock Type moves are the ones Super Effective against Ice types and not Ground types.  I also need to come up with a better lead pokemon too.

Honestly, Metagross wasn't that bad a choice, it's just that the Ampharos I helped my brother with is a demon. I really should have just waited until I could go wild in my own Soul Silver with my own personal team, but Johto hype got the better of me. I was actually thinking I wouldn't do more than a third of Metagross' HP worth of damage, but damn if Ampharos didn't shock the hell out of me there.

That Mamoswine though... I totally forgot about the Ice Shard priority for a second, but when I saw Sceptile tank it, I had my "COUNTER" face on and just went for the big guns. In retrospect, Leaf Blade was the better choice. Another thing learned for today though was that my team of double types idea might be a great idea after all.

That explains it. I just thought that whenever we play against each other online, we just lag.  

I owe you a battle though. Maybe tomorrow.

Yeah that's the thing with Metagross and most Steel types in general they have great physical defense but pretty bad special defense, even with it's high Special Defense IV it still can't stand up to pokemon trained for Special Attack sweeping. 

This is why I really need to have a plan to fight againt Will and his team, his team is truly built for speed even the really not speedy ones which I find a bit weird he that for his Metagross and Tyranitar.

- Lv100 Meganium with Body Slam.
- Hit Mewtwo with it so that the HP reaches the red zone, and give Paralyze effect.
- Mewtwo will only use the moves I mentioned. ^^;
- Keep throwing Pokeballs and either you get lucky to get it in the first try or you have to throw more Pokeballs, about 30 or 40 times.
- Do some silly button-combinations while the Pokeball is trying to capture Mewtwo too. x3

It isn't really that hard. It's all about patience. It can be done with any Legendary Pokemon, just make sure they don't run out of PP so that they use Struggle, or they will run out of HP and you have to reset your game and try again. ^^;

Yeah, every ball has a chance.  I've successfully used the Heavy Ball on Lugia, who isn't really that heavy (being a bird and all).  And of course, my Cresselia is in a Heal Ball, for no reason other than I thought it'd look spiffy.

Yeah but I might have gotten a neutral natured one if I did, besides I caught a swarm of Dittos.  Oh and you don't nessesarily need a legit event Arceus to activate the event, if that's what you're doing, my friend's hacked one did just fine.

This event will run from July 15th to August 10th 2010, and the prize is a Pikachu.
It's not an ordinary Pikachu... It's Ash's Pikachu.

OT's Ash (or in this case, Satoshi), Naughty nature (lol), Lvl50, male, holds a Light Ball, inside a Cherish Ball, and has the Classic Ribbon.
Moveset is Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack, Thunderbolt, which is the moveset in the anime.
