Red & Blue/Green do team up to battle you, but only at the Battle Frontier.

Is this true? Because I mean I'm not sure if it's true or not but it'd be pretty awesome if it was.

Though, as awesome as it would be for Red and Blue teaming up, it kinda takes away from the image of Red being such a great trainer and all that.

I also ripped the music into 2sf. Just after I obtained the game.

Music is great. Truly great. Can't wait till' it comes out in english. But for now, english patches, Sribblenauts and M&L3 will have to hold me over.

As the move changes sink in I think I seriously need to consider a Groudon team.  The amount of synergy he has going for Doubles is just too much.

It appears that all of the Gym Leaders (Kanto and Johto) can be re-battled.

Now I don't need to devote an entire cartridge to being ready to fight Kanto Gym Leaders (yes, I honestly did that with Silver after getting Crystal).

Ultimate fanservice, indeed.

I've noticed that they toyed a little with the 8-bit tunes.  They have a nifty echo effect to them, and some of the higher notes aren't as screechy as they used to be.  Kanto Gym Leader (296) never sounded more badass.

Getting into the various battle themes now.  Man, now I remember why I loved those games so much.

Man, waiting for localization is taking a lot of self-control.  But wait I shall.  For my 'mans are to grace only an original cartridge, and no matter how awesome the game is I don't think I'll be happy about starting from scratch when the proper english cart is out.

I don't know I'm really partial to Blaziken and I wanted to train a Feraligator due to it's sheer physical attack power, then again Typhlosion is decent even though it doesn't have as much attack veraiety as Blaziken.
