Looks more like Zero style Splashwoman than Splash.EXE

And how come all the fan Net Navis look almost completely identical to their Classic counterparts. A lot of the Net Navis barely resemble their robot master brethren. Stone Man and Gravity Man for example.

Yep, pretty much. her bewbs always were made big in her countless fan arts when she first appeared, so this was probably to parody it.
