I actually rather like this version of Splash Man, has a more traditional feel with a hint of sentai hero armor.

Bit and Byte. theyre from Megaman X3. Mid stage bosses once you defeat a few bosses, and then they fuse into this thing in the first final stage unless you defeat them with their weakpoint weapon in the mid stage fights.
