That's new to me. Either that or it could just be your Dragoniar.

Dragonair/Dragonite does not learn Dragon Dance until Level 53.  Therefore, if you remove it from the promotional Toys R Us Level 50 Dragonite, you cannot teach it to that Dragonite again without increasing its level.  The same applies to Outrage.  Thunderbolt and Draco Meteor are TM/Tutor moves, so they can be restored.

In-Game Levels do affect the WiFi match, too. say, If you had a Lv1 newbred going up against a Lv40 vet could spell doom for the newbred. that's why it's important to work on the pokemon in-game, too.

That's because a newborn has no Effort Values.  If you've already EV-trained, then an auto-adjusted level is irrelevant.  It's the same thing as with Rare Candies, high level wilds, and to a lesser extent experience-boosted Pokemon.

Pokemon.com has revealed Shaymin's silhouette, so, this could mean that the Oak's Letter will be released in the near future.

BUT!
If you do have Pokemon Platinum, Oak's Letter will be downloadable in Japan in Spring through Wi-Fi.

Oh, and in team-raising news, I touched up my Steelix so as to hopefully improve his bulk.  Did the same for Scizor and Heatran, though they're not part of my current team.  And I didn't notice this, but apparently my current team is "equal opportunity."  2 males, 2 females, 2 genderless.

Articuno's more or less filler for now; I'm planning on using someone different for my 6th slot.  I'm still debating on whether to use Cloyster, Mamoswine, or possibly Lapras.  I don't have Regice, although I do own Emerald, so I guess I could put some work into getting the Regis'.  I'm still training them and the like, although I have fought (and won  ) a couple of battles already.

It's funny how Ice is probably the most practical mono-type team there is, seeings how so many people who play favorites leave themselves wide open for it.  Makes me miss Mewtwo's Aura Sphere, but I still have a few tricks for them.

Ice (and water) has always been my favorite element to use.  With the advent of Snow Warning and the 100% Bizzard accuracy in Hail, ice teams are pretty great.  Still, you've gotta be careful;  Fire types can be particularly dangerous. (Infernape can be a threat, as well as some others.)  However, the fact that you are a direct counter to a lot of Legendaries/Ubers is a good feeling.

My team's at least 5/6's done in terms of actual members, 1/3 done in terms of EVing stats, and only 1 done in terms of attack moves. I still have to breed two members for better stats and natures, and I need to EV one of the other members along with teaching it the attacks it needs (luckily they're taught either by TM or level since it's only two moves left), and the last one just needs to level up to get the one attack it needs, then I need someone with Plat. to Move Tutor it two moves ><

Some Pokemon movie news.

The 12th Pokemon movie, is set to have Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and most probably Arceus, the God of all Pokemon.
Besides Arceus, a new yellow Pokemon is also set to be introduced, the first official word of the 5th generation of Pokemon?
Only time will tell.

Also, Spear Pillar will be a very important venue in the movie.
