Go to Snow Point City during the 12th of January and you will see Diamond Dusts falling on the town. It is because of the birthday of Junichi Masuda, Gamefreaks Director and Composer of Pokemon Music.

You could've just ported Purity, or the Eevees before were probably diffrent.. Of course, you can always port an Absol from R/S/E.

Ahem, the official Pokemon.com site has updated to reveal a new Mystery Gift event, the Member Card.
Yep, the card that you need to access the locked inn in Canalave City, to sleep in a bed, to awake in Newmoon Island, to meet a Lv50 Darkrai.
This event will be from August 3rd to September 13th for North America, and only downloadable for Pokemon Platinum.

See, they may just say it's only for Platinum, but it could very well work for Diamond and Pearl. At any rate, it's still worth trying out.
