I'm going to be honest here: This year's hoax wasn't all that great.

I could see it coming miles away.

Not to mention the fact that I don't WANT the X series to continue. Sure there's a bit left to explain between The X and Zero series, but I'd rather have it kept that way than Capcom to make a halfassed attempt at bridging the two stories just to appeal to retro-seeking gamers.

yeah,  but its not as bad as he makes it sound. "audacity?" Capcom can and will do whatever they please. :P unfortunately.

Hahah, well played. If this is a hoax, its the first one to get me in sometime around April 1st. I was caught off guard and seriously believing this until someone pointed out the date. I was ready to rattle off how dumb and tacky doing it in SNES style is, but then I remembered I liked the SNES style but I still think the retro thing is more annoying than cute after the first time.

But [tornado fang], if its real, awesome. Why not be hopeful? As long as its on the handhelds, I'm game, because I'm not paying an arm and a limb to play MM9 on a next gen [tornado fang]ing console.
