He doesn't lose half his health to a single entry hazard, either (which the tourneyfag metagame practically revolves around).
I wouldn't have known that. All I ever remember when playing Pokemon was: "Must...fill..pokedex."
I also have to but all your names in the Pal Pad, though I haven't been playing much, I have some starters this cool guy gave me.

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

Heh, well a lot has definitely changed since the original Silver days.  Previously worthless types now have somewhat more of a purpose.  I'd still love them to make a Flying move called Hurricane!  XD
That WOULD be awesome.

Yeah, most every type has some offensive viability now, which is not the way it used to be.  Generally I like that, but it REALLY sucks defensively to be an Ice type right now, seeings how Rock and Fighting are everywhere.  You can't use Lapras as a typical bulky water anymore for that reason.

True that though I'll always love Nintales more than Archcanine.
I think most of the community loves Ninetales more than Arcanine.  Arcanine has the stronger base stats but it lacks versatility.

Same thing with Lucario and Absol unfortunatly with the sheer amount of fighting pokemon and moves.
Current playthrough: Chrono Trigger and God Eater Ressurection

The Rock getting an upgrade doesn't screw me as much as Fighting getting an upgrade.  Granted, I'm happy that all types of useful now, but sadly now that Fighting moves are actually pretty stellar, two of my favorites, Snorlax & Tyrantitar, are nowhere near as dangerous anymore.  ESPECIALLY Tyrantitar!

EDIT: Actually, don't bother adding me as I have WiiConnect24 turned off (and have no intention of turning it on).

As I remember very well.  Tyranitar is considered a Special Wall these days thanks to the Sandstorm boost, and yet he's still fallen to many a Mewtwo assault by yours truly. 8)

LoL, well Mewtwo with Aura Sphere borderlines on unfair.  XD

Hypershell

I'd say he damn well deserves it after having his Special Defense practically cut in half during the 2nd gen split.  All the rookies who joined after R/B/Y have no idea what it's like to fight the REAL ultimate Pokemon.

Updated.  Still need to trade my battling 'mans to SoulSilver.  I'm debating whether or not to experiment with a Rotom appliance; I have a pretty solid move set without forcing one in for the stat gains.  And due to new supporting moves, I won't be able to utilize it without losing a STAB.

FYI, this weekend is moving time for me.  By Saturday, all is unhooked, and from then I will not have internet access at home until May 3rd.  If one of the staffers would be so kind as to hold down the Wi-Fi updates for me until then, I'd appreciate it.

You might as well delete my friend codes for Pokemon Platinum and PBR because I'm not using Pt as my "main" game anymore. So here's my Friend Code for Soul Silver:

0518-0057-2525 (Benjy)

I'll put up my new friend code for PBR later.

PBR's inability to switch DS games has me really aggravated.  If I ever want to adjust my team, I either have to trade them back to my Diamond version, or say goodbye to my progress.  O:<

It's a shame, 'cuz I really enjoy my custom trainer and catchphrases...  They really ought to make those standard in the main titles.

I'm more concerned with what a painstaking task it is to get the Rayquaza battle pass.  Those who already have it (and have not since deleted some passes) CANNOT exchange Friend Passes, which probably attributes to the general stinginess you find online.
