I beat the game! Somewhere under 6 hours, 34/34 items. I loved every moment of it~

I have to congratulate and thank my friend at WayForward for the level design.

If anyone is wondering, the game size is 128 blocks (16 MB).

Will the 3DS be able to download and play DSi ware?

It should.  Nintendo's already confirmed that you can migrate DSi Ware from DSi to 3DS (despite the current inability to do so between DSi/XL's), so I can't imagine any reason you wouldn't be able to download new ones.
