This guy brought in all his neo geo pocket stuff today at the game shop I work at, and he offered to sell me this for $10. Which of course I took! Then to make it better he thinks he has the box and instructions and he's going to bring them in within the next couple days.

Code Geass R2 Part 1 (Standard Edition). Boy to I have some complaining prepared...


-Boxset is a normal DVD case, nice and compact but kinda shoddy workmanship

-Disc 1 was on the side of the case (The holder for it broke and it came out of its spot) scratched up a small bit. It seems to be working fine, but it should've been on its holder.

-Disc 2 has only THREE. [tornado fang]ing. EPISODES on it... leaving the grand total at 7 episodes... I expected 9, Bandai. Especially with the 3 delays this set already had...

Sometime next week after I got my paycheck, I'm most likely going to order the Limited Edition Part 1 of CODE GEASS - Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 off Archonia. It's a shame that the R2 Limited Editions don't feature the awesome extras of the first season anymore. They only come with a manga volume now (Lelouch of the Rebellion Vol. 4 oddly enough. The first limited Editions had LotR 1 and 2 and Suzaku of the Counterattack Vol. 1), no soundtracks, no sound episodes, not even booklets anymore. Makes me quite sad. It's not even individual DVD cases anymore... Geass must not have sold as good as Bandai had hoped to be apparantly >_> That's what happens when Adult Swim broadcasts stuff late in the night or in the morning when nobody's watching.

And like I said... theres even less episodes included this time around. 7 compared to 9, I'm betting they're going to put 20-25 on 1 disc or the last 2 discs will have 5 episodes to make up for disc 2... The damn set had 2 or 3 delays as well... so thats even more depressing.
