I don't know about recipes, but my dad used to be a dim sum chef (For the record that's an all-encompassing word meaning the small snack-like foods you eat during yumcha/supper/etc, meaning it includes dumplings, spring rolls, and dim sim.) and he's the one who taught me how to make dumplings (and they are delicious) so I'm sure I've gotta be doing things right.

Also, ingredients bought, filling is mixed, it's wrapping time!

Also, normally I would've bought it ASAP, but money was tight during when it came out, so I have to wait. I hate waiting!

I see =O I avoid that by always saving up in case there's something I want to buy, so I always have enough money for...extras. It makes me happy that I can get everything on release days ='D

Well, I actually do have a plan for that on my end. It's going to take a lot of research & time, a decent iPhone/iPad/DROID App programmer, and a bit of luck, but I'm hopeful it'll pan out.

I have a plan for you, work for at least 1 or 2 years, and at the same time, be registered with the unemployment insurance/benefits service and when you stop working, you will still be paid a similar amount that you got while working (at least 80% each month). That will be enough to do what you want and you will be able to travel too. ^^

My friend is actually inviting me to PAX East/Anime Boston next year =O So if I do plan to go I have a place to staaaay~

But my friends from this-side-of-the-sea are saving up for a trip to Japan next year as well. So no matter how much I save I could spend it all in an instant orz.

He went this year and then told me all about everything I missed =w= But so far, no con has broken my wallet yet!
