It looks like a HandGun/Arwing with an Army Man On top.

It's a part from the GN-Arms from Gundam 00. Basically the character Lockon left his trashed suit and manually fired the huge ass cannon at his oponent. He died when it exploded afterwards though. Confirmed in the PS2 game it was from the broken helmet rather than caught in the explosion.

Beam Spaaaaaaaaam.

Likely, like with the Virtue and Nadleeh, to be the only Gundam kit of that series to actually come with beams for beam sabers. I already know the 00 had none, not even some white hand with beam saber like the Exia. Bandai digs Tieria and so to the fans, so only his units get beams.
