Anyways, I hear some people put some sort of spray for their figures to maintain original color longer and I wanted some of that for my new figmas. Anyone got the name for it?

Friend got it for me for my birthday. Master Grade God Gundam. A hell of a [tornado fang]ing way to start when its your first model. I kinda broke a piece or two but hey, you can't see it so I'm not telling >>

Very nice. Might I make a suggestion, Gotham?

Get yourself one of these Ultra Fine Point Sharpie markers from pretty much anywhere, and fill in all the nooks & slits on the model. It really helps to give depth to it.

Will do! Any other model tips? Building this was an awesome experience. As a kid, I was all over K'nex and Lego blocks and I just love putting stuff together, so I'll probably look into maybe getting another.

Well, sometimes it's also fun to paint the model as well. I use Gundam Markers, which are these awesome "paint pens" that are great at getting the small areas. However, some models don't need it really, and the God Gundam there doesn't look like it does, so for that I'd say just go with the Sharpie for now.

Alright. What I've thought about is maybe getting a new God Gundam model, one I won't [tornado fang] up as bad and maybe trying to custom some of the pieces on the old model. It'll be awhile before I even try that, though, haha. I would love a purple gundam!

I may as well ask this, too

On the model, I did mess up a bit on the arms. When you connect the arm into the sockets, its a round bit with a smaller piece protruding out just enough to keep the arm in without sliding out. Yeah, I kinda mess up that small piece that holds it in. Thus, two joints in the arm can easily fall off.

If I even got that explained right, you got any suggestions? A friend suggested the smallest dab of super glue. Just enough for a small bead of glue to replace the small piece.
