So I finally read that they announced the other Hurricangers. Both Blue and Yellow, and Crimson and Navy are P-Bandai 2packs... dammit.

Those bastards releasing them as 2-packs essentially forced me to get Red since I just wanted Blue and getting her would mean I'd be stuck with Yellow. So its better to have the main three at least.

I wanted Crimson and Navy, but I won't bother.
Waiting for Shurikenger to hopefully show up as a regular release.

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

I'm more inclined to get females because I just find them more appealing. Sadly Japan hates females and always throws them to the exclusive pile.

So having to get more males sucks. I'll get the main three and maybe Shurikenger.

Anyway some more Sailor Scouts.

These aren't bandai's doing. Some Hong Kong company.
They're trying to do the entire team, I believe these are the Sailor Moon S versions but I could be wrong.

The Hurricanger two packs have been dated for NA release.

Jan/Feb for Crimson and Navy
Feb for Yellow and Blue

$90 each.

Bleh pricing but that's in line with their normal $45 a character.

What's the easiest way to get the Bluefin releases?

Amazon might even have a seller that has access to non-Bluefin releases.

Anywho, I changed my setup ever so slightly.

Zuckuss looks like he's trying to figure out what the hell Mewtwo is doing.

So my Ryuranger arrived today.
I'm assuming that these things are incapable of standing of their own?

Too bad its like $27.

There's two of them, the one posted with Sword and another with a different face that has Mike.

Beam, Cutter, Whip, and Bomb are Accessory packs, and those are like $10 after tax.

I can justify spending $27 on it.  What I can't justify is spending $47.

...When Larry the reploid accountant goes maverick of his own accord, he's certainly formidable during tax season, but he isn't going to provide X the challenge needed to make him grow as a warrior and reach his potential.

Act 4 are better for humanoid figures but Bandai stands aren't great.

Just stand them without stands, they have big enough feet.

I'm not a wizard. I can't make them float, you know.

Key word up there: "poses"

Poses don't necessarily need to be floating or jumping.

But yeah, if you absolutely need stands get Act 4.

Act 5 are more meant for larger figures and models.

They don't NEED to be, no. But after a while, you exhaust all the poses you can do without some kind of support.

Yeah I know.

Just be... super careful with Bandai stands, they split apart and stuff so they can come apart if they have too much weight on them.

Also the plastic is thin and can break pretty easily.

The clamps are pretty bad too. Too loose, but it also doesn't keep things in place because they slide around so [tornado fang]ing much. Everything should just have a nice hole in the back, screw asthetics.

Sailor Mars is supposed to go up for pre-orders today, but she's not up anywhere yet. Like the others I expect her pre-orders to be only at Hobby Search, HLJ, and the other various smaller sites with AmiAmi only doing them for Japan. I also expect the US Pre-orders to come up near the end of the month when Sailor Moon is set to release. Though for those ordering from the US Mars will be a February release.

Hopefully the quality isn't too bad.

January 2014. 7,550 yen. (Approx. $75)

I'm impressed, she looks really good.

I remember at one point Jazzwares made their own knockoff model kits.

they were the most terrible thing ever. cheap as [tornado fang] plastic, the instructions detailed bottoms for the feet, which did not exist, and they had NO posability. Holy [tornado fang] were they bad.

this is LEAGUES better.
