Plus it's really a soda addiction in general -- Dr. Pepper just happens to be what we usually have in the house and at the gas station I run to. It's still good though, but I try to get root beer whenever possible.

I drink coffee when I get up.  It didn't take much to get passed the coffee barrier.  It took one cold New Years Eve and a lack of hot cocoa, and the only option was firehouse blend.  The stuff's so strong that you take it out and pour it on graves to wake the dead.  That got me passed the coffee barrier.  I still like flavored coffee, but I will drink it as black as my soul.
