I'm just happy we found this new sushi place. We share three plates and it only comes to about $22. The last place we liked ended up being $40 for us both to have enough to be full.

Also, eel is an under appreciated meat.

Unless I'm mistaken, there isn't a binding agent for rice used in sushi; in fact, there is a unique type of rice exclusively engineered for the purpose of making sushi.
