The thing is though is that Sapph gets out of the loop often because of the fast updates and he isn't online nearly as much as us.  He didn't even know you left that one time because he doesn't go to the goodbye thread.  He sometimes needs pushing.

I also tend to put off doctor's appointments.  I haven't had a physical in a few years.  Simply because since I don't have transportation, I don't want to inconvenience anyone.

Which makes dealing with unsettling sleep apnea a bit troublesome.  I really should get it checked out.

Doctor's appointments are for your own well-being. You shouldn't be ashamed to ask someone for a lift.

Sometimes it feels uncomfortable, like if I slept at an odd position.

Not to mention there's ususally someone in the kitchen or living room when I wake up, so I just lay in bed waiting for it to settle down.
