But there are two grievances that I have, that although won't mess up the game at all, absolutely brings it down a notch. The first of the problems is the level selection for the video game. It was recently split, and just 3 Genesis games are represented with their various levels, those being Green Hill Zone from Sonic 1, Chemical Plant Zone from Sonic 2, and Sky Sanctuary Zone from Sonic & Knuckles. There is likewise a Gambling establishment Night Zone themed pinball pre-order bonus, that I got, but it's not a real level.


I do not like that silly Sonic Heroes has a level in it, and Sonic 06. They shouldn't have levels at all in my viewpoint. And brand brand-new video games, or at least actually current video games, like Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors have levels too! I don't mind the Sonic Colors so much, since I didn't get to play that game because I have an Xbox 360, however Sonic Unleashed having a level is really just plain dumb in my viewpoint. They must have used more levels from other Genesis video games, and not totalyl neglect 3 like they did. Ice Cap Zone or Marble Garden Zone, my favorite zone by the way, should a minimum of have been included. It's not a 100% Final list, states Sega, but they are probly simply stating that because their list got learnt. There might possibly be an additional set of Zones or 2, however the overall list is quite lame. And I'm likewise not a fan that you can only play as Sonic.




This game is set to celebrate 20 years of previous Sonic games, so why is Tails not in it as a playable character, particularly as a side partner with Sonic? One of the major appeals of Sonic 2 and 3 was that somebody could be Sonic and your friend could be Tails and you could deal with the video game together, and it was truly a blast. I still to this day love doing that. But he's not in the video game, aside from a cameo look, which's not right in my viewpoint.
