I did add a bit of oyster sauce and cayenne pepper. I added a can of chopped water chestnuts and oyster sauce. 3. Expect weight gain with reintroduction of carbs, and know that at least part of the gain is likely due to retaining water as your body replenishes its stored carbs. You know its a good one when it makes the rotation!
