I believe everything posted made a bunch of sense. However, think about this, what if you wrote a catchier title? I am not suggesting your information isn't solid., but what if you added a post title that makes people desire more? I mean Why Instructional Design Matters for Business Training is a little vanilla. You should peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create article titles to grab viewers interested. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get people excited about everything've written. Just my opinion, it would make your website a little bit more interesting.
