Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

I linked to a IPS patcher on the last page. You still need to find the USA version of Mega Man 2 yourself.
You open the IPS patcher, load MM2 first, then the IPS file I created, then you press the Patch button.

or, just move  the IPS patch, (once you extract it,) into the Zip containing the game. but I use Virtuanes which has auto ips patching. works for me that way... just open the zip and its already vixynyan 2

There always seems to be a new influx of Kobun Emotes every time!  8D And eh, haven't tried it out yet. (MM2 Hack)
